  • Troubleshoot PC hardware, laptops, scanners, printers, and office LAN. To Provide IT helpdesk support to office employees.
  • Install drivers, software patches, updates, and anti-virus to workstations.
  • To source PC hardware, laptops, scanners, printers, and LAN accessories from local suppliers.
  • To coordinate and follow ups with suppliers for product delivery and installation of Local Area Network (LAN), Access Control, CCTV surveillance, IP PBX, Attendance & Cafeteria Management Systems in the BEXIMCO media complex project (Independent Television Ltd).
