Function: Daily account management for a book of clients across LDI and Fixed Income strategies Responsibilities: • Responding to day-to-day and ad hoc client and consultant requests • Project managing the transition of client assets to and from Insight by working with the legal, front office, fund management and internal operations teams • Coordinating changes to client’s investment guidelines throughout the life of their mandate from the initial conversation through to execution and dissemination • Managing ad-hoc requests effectively and identifying a clear date for response • Attending client events to support the Client Directors and build relationships with key counterparts at the client • Contributing to the creation and delivery of bespoke investment reporting • Responding to ESG related queries • Working with internal colleagues and clients to ensure ongoing regulatory obligations are met 

 

Oct 2017 – August 2022, Vice President Client Manager, Citigroup Global Markets, London 

Function: Central point of contact (exclusively covering Citi’s global platinum and priority investor clients) sitting between sales/trading desks and functional teams 

Responsibilities: • Liaising with clients (typically General Counsels and CCOs) to collect information necessary to fulfil CDD/AML obligations in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements • Owning and responding to inbound client queries until resolved • Population management and facilitation of periodic CDD reviews • Coordinating with stakeholders of all levels within Operations, Legal, Compliance, Sales and Relationship Management to ensure that no business impact occurs as a result of incomplete CDD/KYC • Producing management information, metrics and presenting regular updates to Senior Management • Collaborating with strategic partners to develop process improvements aimed at enhancing client experience and meeting evolving client needs • Regulatory projects and remediation initiatives (ad-hoc) • Acting as central point of contact for global Relationship Managers and Sales for troubleshooting client issues relating to CDD/KYC/AML/compliance/accounts • Informing and educating Global Relationship Management team on new policies, procedures and regulations • Owning and responding to compliance requests sent to the Front Office regarding suspicious transaction monitoring to mitigate reputational risk and AML concerns

Currently studying Level 2 - Investment Management Certificate (IMC)
