After moving to London in 2018, I finished a Diploma in International Fashion studies, followed by a fashion buying and merchandising degree at the London College of Fashion, UAL. At present, I work at Ted Baker as a Styling/sales associate and am looking for a new challenging opportunity in the fashion industry. Over the years I have gained experience in various fashion roles including as an assistant under a bespoke luxury tailor and buying admin assistant.

TED BAKER, Sales Advisor (2021) • Used Thrive to learn about different blends of fabrics used to create product categories. •Helped in exceeding company KPIs. • Known to collect and grow the most CRMs on the team (learned about CRM analysis). • Effectively used cross and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. • Assisted with inventory and replenishment of the store.

 MADIA & MATILDA, Buying Admin Assistant (2020 - 2021) • Co-ordinate, attend meetings, and take minutes with external and internal personnel. • Scanned and printed relevant documentation for meetings. • Collected deliveries of samples and organized them in the stockroom. • Managed samples for approvals and marketing purposes. • Monitored inventory levels and analyzed sales trends of current stock to influence future purchases. • Managed diaries for the Senior buying team. • Managed Admin tasks including filing, transcription, letters, and faxing for buying, merchandising, and design teams. Produced the weekly Purchasing Early Warning Report. 

NYLANDER COUTURES, Fashion Assistant (2020) • Act as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, handling queries and passing the information to the required department. • Assisted designers with sourcing and administration requirements. • Worked with external Factory Agents and Graphic Designers when needed. • Contacted VIPs briefed them about products and fostered business relationships. • Coordinated with suppliers and designers. to create a fashion label from design sketches through to sales. 

IMRG, Data Analyst (2020) • Observed and Analysed the Black Friday promotions offered by over 15 brands. • Tracked retailer activity to learn when retailers switch on their Black Friday campaigns. • Organised the data related to discount rates and types. • Made special notes of countdown timers and eco-friendly approaches of the retailers. 

PRIMARK, Sales assistant, (2019 - 2020) • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team with all company employees. • Maintained all visual merchandising standards, directives, promotions, and overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom. • Assisted the management team in exceeding all KPI targets. • Assisted the management team in exceeding the profitability expectations for the store in sales. 

Fashion Buying & Merchandising, London College of Fashion, UAL 

• Use of Microsoft Excel for KPI management.

• Researched, planned, sourced, and developed a range in a team project that involved working with Levi’s. 

• Created a collection through research and trend forecast in collaboration with FLYING TIGER. • Worked through the sourcing and manufacturing processes.
