In my role as a Shift Leader at Tesco, I honed my leadership and operational skills by overseeing daily store activities and managing a team of employees. I was responsible for ensuring high standards of customer service, coordinating staff schedules, and addressing any issues that arose during shifts. My role required strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations. I successfully contributed to maintaining efficient store operations and fostering a collaborative work environment.

I completed secondary school and college before enrolling at Wolverhampton University. After starting my university studies, I decided to take a break to gain practical work experience. Since then, I have dedicated the past seven years to working, including my role as a Shift Leader at Tesco. This hands-on experience has allowed me to develop a strong skill set and gain valuable insights into the professional world.
