Experience

Frontiers - Publishing Media Company (UK) (Feb 2023 – Present)

As a Project Manager/PMO, I manage the OKR framework, establish a PMO, and implement project management practices. Key responsibilities include defining and managing the OKR calendar, leading review meetings, designing a Confluence OKR hub, and establishing robust project management processes to align with organizational standards.

ANZ Bank (Contract through Infosys) APRA Remediation (Oct 2020 – Dec 2021)

In the role of New Ways of Working Operation Expert, I supported the Operations Lead to achieve objectives across three Tribes. I provided operational insights using data from multiple sources, contributed to vendor strategy development, oversaw risk and audit issues, participated in planning ceremonies, and ensured compliance with ANZ Group processes and external regulations.

Telstra – Enterprise B2B Digital Transformation (March 2019 – Oct 2020)

As a Business Operations Senior Specialist, I managed program-level frameworks in Governance, Risk, and Compliance for the B2B Digitisation Program. My role involved leading governance forums, coordinating business case development, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, aligning with sprint planning, and mentoring Business Operations Specialists.

Telstra (August 2017 – March 2019)

In my role as PMO Lead for B2B Digital Transformation, I provided project management leadership within the B2B PMO Governance framework. Responsibilities included monitoring RAID items, facilitating project reviews, leading risk and issues meetings, advising on escalations, preparing review materials, and providing governance and reporting support using EPM.

Telstra (April 2016 – August 2017)

As Portfolio Operations Lead/Product Lifecycle, I supported the General Manager and Portfolio by coordinating value-added activities. I managed product lifecycle programs, facilitated weekly reviews, prepared review materials, managed resource demand, and oversaw project health, financials, risks, and issues to ensure successful delivery.
