A professional and innovative hands-on Test Manager, Test Lead, Defect Manager & Test Analyst /Compliance/Business Improvement – with over 24 years of hands-on project delivery in Agile and Traditional approach. Experience in managing on-site and offshore resources. Proven expertise in solving complex problems and implementing and assuring Test strategies at the Project level. Collaborate with SMEs of various departments, project managers and external resources to achieve project goals and fulfil project timelines, including reviewing, especially in an Agile/Scrum environment. Excellent analysis, stakeholder management, test techniques and project communications to provide a flexible, pragmatic and proactive support service to BAs, Stakeholders, Programmers' and Project managers - with great skill sets from many global blue-chip companies and industries. Handled multiple roles in both Agile and Traditional Methodologies
