I have  demonstrated strong skills in customer service and operational efficiency working in restaurants I handled busy Deliveroo orders, resolved customer complaints, and ensured a friendly dining atmosphere. Additionally, I excelled in providing excellent service and managing influencers for marketing.

in my accountant work experience, I showcased attention to detail by accurately inputting data into accounting software and categorizing expenses for tax purposes. I implemented document management systems for efficient record-keeping and sent email reminders to clients for tax return forms. my role also involved assisting with tax return preparation, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining strict confidentiality in handling sensitive documents and client information.
