Michael Allen

I am currently a site manager at a primary school in charge of compliance and health and safety. A hard working individual who can work either alone or within a team. I always aspire to better myself and keep pushing myself to learn more and progress in any job I do. I have worked in schools a lot through my career as well as an entertainer on holiday parks and children’s parties. I like to put my all into any job I do to ensure we keep up with the ever changing environment.

I started over 20 years ago as an assistant site manager of a secondary school in the north east until I moved into holiday park entertainment. The last 5 years I returned to school positions including caretaker and site manager. I have my IOSH certification and also PASMA for scaffold towers.

I am in charge of all compliance in my current role along with cleaning and security to ensure the school is a safe and secure establishmen.

All relevant courses through Flick training is done from health and safety to safeguarding and many more.I also have my IOSH certification and PASMA  trained for scaffold towers.
