BA / Product Owner with entrepreneurial spirit, looking for new challenges

I entered IT in 2006, working initially as an assistant to a project manager for an FSA-regulated part of a blue-chip company.  I quickly took over the testing and business analysis portfolio, including managing the BAU slate, process mapping, coordinating and undertaking testing, and process improvement/reengineering.

I later moved to a software house, where I became a client-facing account manager, which was part-relationship management/business analyst role, and overhauled quoting and requirements gathering.  I worked for a CRM company who specialised in the utilities industry as a product owner and test manager.

Finally, I started my own sportswear business.

I have professional qualification in web design and software testing.
