About Michaela Kempson :
A recent graduate from University of Wolverhampton, achieving a BSc (Hons) in psychology criminal behaviour 2:1. Whilst at University I gained academic knowledge in mental health, intellectual developmental disabilities, drug and alcohol awareness and behaviour that challenges. I have the ability to develop and maintain professional and positive outcomes through communication, motivation and safety. My counseling qualification underpinned existing empathy, active listening and congruence skills. Working with high standards adhering to policy and practice of lone working, safeguarding, confidentiality and data protection.
