I have over 20 years experience of working in the education sector with a wide amount of qualifications from teaching, pastoral, behaviour management to safeguarding.  Throughout this time I have worked in primary, secondary and college settings with a diverse background in mainstream and specialist settings  (SEN/SEMH).

I have an immense amount of passion and knowledge when it comes to safeguarding children and young adults and equipping them with the confidence, skills and knowledge to better themselves so that they go on to make a positive difference in society as a whole. 

I currently work in a specialist school for SEMH/SEN students as a Designated Safeguarding Lead.

I have over 15 years of working in different educational settings from primary to college, mainstream to specialist settings. I am also a qualified teacher with extensive experience in pastoral, behaviour management and safeguarding.
