I have nearly two years of experience as a 1st/2nd Line Engineer, where I gained a strong understanding of IT fundamentals and expanded my knowledge into more advanced technical areas. In this role, I was responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth IT operations. My experience allowed me to develop strong problem-solving skills, improve customer service, and gain hands-on experience with network infrastructure, systems administration, and various IT tools. This foundation has been instrumental in transitioning to my current focus on cybersecurity.
