With a rich history in youth work, race equality strategy, and mental health support, grounded in a profound understanding of psychology - evidenced by a first-class BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Clinical Psychology from Anglia Ruskin University - I am adept in fostering inclusivity and supporting mental well-being. 

I've notably championed mental health as a Wellbeing Mentor at Anglia Ruskin University, enhancing students' well-being through individualised guidance grounded in psychological principles. My most recent role as a Youth Worker at the Connections Bus Project sees me nurturing children's self-esteem and social skills. With fluency in five languages and a diverse skill set including cultural sensitivity and ethical judgement, I bring a compassionate, adaptable approach to care, rooted in understanding and respecting diverse backgrounds.

• Investigated university STEM initiatives focusing on the decolonisation of the curriculum; academic article which I co-authored is in the process of publication.
•  Managed race equality projects and curriculum regulation for STEM.
•  Hosted inclusivity lectures for both students and staff, promoting an understanding and application of diversity principles. 
• Won a Bronze Award and Race Equality Outstanding Effort Award for making a difference. 

Wellbeing Mentor Anglia Ruskin University Wellbeing Team August 2021 - August 2022 

• Assisted students in enhancing their wellbeing through one-on-one and group sessions, applying principles of psychology and support. Experience in handling immediate emotional distress. 
• Tailored guidance based on each student's unique challenges, mirroring the patient-specific approach in rehabilitation. 
• Acted as an early detection system for students in distress, directing them to appropriate professional help when needed.
