With a rich history in youth work, race equality strategy, and mental health support, grounded in a profound understanding of psychology - evidenced by a first-class BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Clinical Psychology from Anglia Ruskin University - I am adept in fostering inclusivity and supporting mental well-being.
I've notably championed mental health as a Wellbeing Mentor at Anglia Ruskin University, enhancing students' well-being through individualised guidance grounded in psychological principles. My most recent role as a Youth Worker at the Connections Bus Project sees me nurturing children's self-esteem and social skills.
