Alongside my driving experience, I also have a strong background in sales, giving me confidence in customer service and building good relationships. I hold a Level 5 qualification in Business and Management, which has strengthened my understanding of leadership, organisation and customer-focused work. I also completed a Level 3 Extended National Diploma in Engineering, giving me a strong technical foundation and practical problem-solving skills.
