For maternity cover, the administrator coordinates leave entitlements, ensures compliance with statutory maternity pay and leave policies, and maintains communication with employees throughout their absence. A key compliance duty includes conducting and recording right to work checks in accordance with UK Home Office regulations, ensuring all documentation is valid and up to date. This position demands a high level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and apply HR policies consistently while supporting a positive employee experience and customer service.
