I am a compassionate and results driven Physiotherapist with a strong background in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation. My clinical experience includes working with patients recovering from conditions such as low back pain, frozen shoulder, stroke and paralysis, with a focus on promoting functional independence and quality of life.

Throughout my career, I have developed a patient centred approach with a strong emphasis on thorough assessments, hands-on treatments and personalised rehabilitation plans. I am passionate about helping patients achieve their goals through education, exercise therapy and collaborative care.

I have experience working in hospital, outpatient and community settings where I have honed my skills in rehabilitation, manual therapy and multidisciplinary teamwork. I value clear communication, holistic care and building strong therapeutic relationships.

Currently, I am seeking new opportunities within the UK healthcare system where I can contribute my physiotherapy expertise, dedication to patient well-being, and collaborative approach to care.
 

I am an HCPC-registered physiotherapist with hands-on experience in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation including stroke recovery, post-surgical care and ICU patients. I have worked in both hospital and community settings , demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Therapist – Combined Military Hospital, Pakistan (Mar 2024 – Sep 2024)
Treated musculoskeletal conditions such as postural distortion and joint pain, and supported stroke and paralysis patients with chest physiotherapy, passive movements and electrotherapy (Ultrasound, EMS, TENS, Laser). Conducted physical assessments including MMT and neurological evaluations, collaborated with multidisciplinary teams and educated patients on home management plans.

Physical Therapist (Rotations) – Riphah International Hospital (2021 – 2024)
Supported doctors in patient history taking, diagnosis, and treatment planning for musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and paediatric cases. Performed ROM, MMT and neurological testing, and assisted in developing short- and long-term rehabilitation programs.

Assisted in the administration of GCSE exams, ensuring accurate timings and maintaining a calm exam environment.
