As a General Manager at Lancement Ltd. since October 2022, I have successfully delivered enterprise-level digital projects by building strong client relationships, incorporating feedback, and ensuring timely delivery within budget. I fostered a culture of innovation, blending team members' work styles with hybrid agile methodology for driving business success. I communicate efficiently, using appropriate channels and emotional intelligence to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Prior to this role, I served as a Project Manager for various organizations in Malaysia from October 2018 to October 2022. In this capacity, I led diverse teams through successful projects, empowered team members to identify their working style and provided regular training, and developed comprehensive project plans. During my time at DF Automation & Robotics Sdn Bhd, I delivered commercial stakeholder projects, streamlined workflows, and launched strategic projects that led to increased productivity.

As an Automation & Project Engineer at Selangor Human Resource Development Centre in June 2021, I maximized production through automation, Lean Six Sigma principles, and dynamic cost analysis. In August 2020, as a Controls and Instrumentation Engineer at Pengerang Terminals (Two) Sdn Bhd, I designed and led plant automation to an industrial scale. I also had a brief stint as a Communications Engineer at Nokia in January 2020, where I collaboratively led the technical advent of 5G while following ISO45001 safety regulations.

I have a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Nottingham, with a Second Upper Class. In addition, I have obtained several certifications to enhance my professional skills. These include Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master from the Project Management Institute (PMI) which I earned on June 2022, making me the youngest agile project manager within Asia Pacific to be certified a senior certification from PMI. I also hold the ISO56002 Innovation Management certification from The Global Entrepreneurship Alliance since December 2022. Furthermore, I have also obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from PMI, which I earned from August 2021 to September 2024.
