I am experienced within the sports therapy industry, which I have a deep passion for, and had the opportunity and the ability to work with clients within a clinical environment with experience in management and working as part of a team. I believe, I am prepared and confident to step up in any challenging role as a Sports massage therapist with the application of my advanced clinical and organisational skills, and decision making with my main goal of professional and personal development.

• St Bernadette’s Catholic Primary school | Teacher assistant | July 2017 | Within this placement I had the opportunity to help and assist students and teachers in completing tasks to the best of my ability in having high communication and listening skills, whilst learning to be in a professional manner.
• Princess of Wales Community Hospital | Physiotherapy assistant | Oct 2019 | Working within a healthcare environment helped me improve my confidence in helping and assisting patients within the physiotherapy sector. Helping complete the needs to successfully recover patients being treated within a hospital environment.
• Cardiff Sports Clinic | Sports massage assistant. | May 2023 | Within the sports clinic I was able to achieve and learn new information, my role was to help the therapist treat patients within a clinical environment applying different types of hand skill techniques, as well as maintaining a safe and clean environment. This has helped me widen my knowledge within the anatomy of the human body and gain more confidence with communicating with patients, all different ages. This has encouraged me to look for a career within this pathway as I also enjoy assisting people in recovery and making them feel content after a successful treatment.

I am a fresh graduate, with Bachelor of Science in Honours Degree in Sport Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage Therapy completed at Cardiff Metropolitan University.
