Educated to B.Sc (Hons) with GCSEs and A-Levels. Other formal practical qualifications include (but not limited to) CS30, CS31, CS32, CS48, PA1, PA2, PA6, FACTS, BASIS (ongoing), Health and Safety, risk management and membership of professional organisations and associations including Member of Institute of Agricultural Management, Member of British Institute of Agricultural Consultants, Member of Institute of Fishery Management and Professional Member of The CLA and NFU.
 

Until July 2025 I was the multi-skilled owner of an established and successful rural and estate management, sports pitch, grassland, fencing, conservation and forestry business with a small team carrying out high standard work across the South East for various clients including HNWIs, private landowners, equestrian premises, shoots, farms and high value rural properties. I am currently a self-employed freelance land agent, advisor/consultant providing rural advice to clients and dealing with issues ranging from lake management, invasive species, estate and land management, farming and land schemes, legal issues and staff to farm tenants and security. I am looking to progress and transfer those skills I have acquired into my next challenge. I am educated to B.Sc (Hons) in Aquaculture and Fishery Management with GCSEs and A-Levels. Other formal qualifications include (but not limited to) CS30, CS31, CS32, CS48, PA1, PA2, PA6, FACTS and BASIS (ongoing), Health and Safety, risk management and membership of professional organisations and associations.

I am experienced in Health and Safety, business planning, people management, project management, budgeting, procurement of equipment, liaising with and leading people, other contractors and partners and communication and negotiation. Skilled and experienced in operation of most agricultural machinery, pitch and groundcare equipment, excavators and other heavy plant. Law enforcement experience and Shotgun and open Firearm Certificate holder experienced in wildlife management. Very flexible, dynamic, practically minded, enjoy new challenges, learning, and capable of solving problems, identifying solutions to problems quickly, negotiating and mediating and adapting to changing practices.

Nominated for Special Constable of the Year (National Policing Award) and voted runner up for my investigative, proactive and determined policing work. Awarded Chief Officers Commendation for my leadership and work during a major police incident. Promoted to Special Sergeant responsible for leading and tutoring other officers, planning and executing operations and proactive policing on a dedicated rural crime team.

Shotgun Certificate and open Firearm Certificate holder. Outside of work, I am an avid angler and game shot and provide regular professional shoot support and vermin and wildlife management services to landowners, with my own working gun dogs. I have a strong belief in ethical and sustainable game shooting and conservation of native British wildlife. I am a GWCT Accredited Shoot Operator and Game Shot, with knowledge of small scale game keeping duties, experienced at running and captaining / hosting shoot days for both family days, junior days and paid guns, wildlife and shoot management, accomplished at mentoring and loading for inexperienced and experienced guns and ensuring shoot days run smoothly for guests, guns and teams.

Social media, computer and technology skilled and literate. Experienced at the administration, HR, health and safety, budgeting, planning and project management that owning a small business requires. Excellent knowledge of current legislation and law, particularly legislation which would be relevant to farming, the countryside and rural estates. Full UK driving licence and relevant experience driving varied vehicles.

Experienced and skilled at grassland management, forestry, fencing, aquatic works, groundworks, drainage and agricultural operations from both a practical and management perspective.
