Mladen Galic

At the moment I am employed by Midlands Heart where I am primarily responsible for recovery class A drugs support worker in Probation Hostel (Leicester). During my long career I’ve found that the little things can make a big difference to people’s lives, so every day I help all variety vulnefrable people to do things likedaily routine to find education, employment and healthy and wellbeing life. During the course of my work, I regularly interact with community agencies involved in Police, Probation, Justice, Missuse therapy, Social services. Furthermore, I promote anti-discriminatory practices in the workplace and when required to provide professional help to new staff members.

Possessing well developed skills I can appropriately deal with multi-problem helping individual clients or families with diverse needs. In my career I have broad experience working with adults who have care and support needs. I also have experience of effective and efficient record keeping. I am ready to share my experience working as a member of team to support adults and their carers to enables them to remain safe but maintain independence inside our community. I am also able to work autonomously and implementing new ideas to help to develop our concepts.
