- Driving day to day sales to achieve daily targets in a very busy fast paced environmentand contribute to the growth of the business.,
- Assist customers in selecting eyewear and ophthalmic lenses that suit their lifestyle and needs working in multiple clinics per day, conducting repairs, answering customer queries and troubleshooting,
- Customer service, welcome every customer with a smile and positive manner by building a friendly repo,Seeing up to 20 patients per day focusing on personalised care and service.
- Provide in-depth and personal optical consultations to clients, Help maintain the store’s unique and quirky atmosphere.
- Problem solving, any customer having any issues/difficulties with glasses/vision or service fell short rectify and correct it in a positive professional manner,
- Achieving sale/personal targets daily/weekly/annually,
- Productivity in practice and solving any issues there might be from stock takes to communicate with suppliers on a daily basis to make sure never short of any products.
- Staff meetings and trainings on products or if any staff member's needs any extra support,
- Communicating between business owners and staff members and providing up-to-date information or changes that might come into effect.
- Building a team to work together as a unit and supervise or train junior staff as needed arranging staff rotas and work patterns,
- Keeping all workstations up-to-date with the General Optical Council (GOC) guidelines.
- Key holder so always on time to be ready for the busy day ahead.
