utilizing my experience with international chains companies, Pre-opening experiences and my audit back ground.

the next year operational and capital budgets to the owners.
• Supporting the other departments operation by giving the needed data and advices.

• To compose the first Centralized Treasury Department in tourism and hotels industry running the cash of 15 Hilton Hotels
by :-
o Set all policies and procedures of Cash Funds, Travel Agent Deposits, Petty Cash Payments, etc.
o Standardizing and updating all bank mandates, internal documents and forms.
o Standard and consistent format of reconciling bank accounts on a timely basis ensuring reconciling items are
dealt with promptly.
• Managing the Cash Balances of 15 Hilton Hotels in Egypt through : -
o Automated and timely bank balance reporting ensures accurate calculations and reconciliations
o Reduce idle cash balances and maximize returns
o Streamlining of bank accounts and optimize banking relationships
o Negotiate preferential interest rates and optimize bank charges & tariffs

• Running the daily financial operation of a five stars down town hotel with a huge operation like Nile Hilton
• Leading the accounting team in preparing monthly Financial Statements backed with proper analysis and supporting
