I am student of MSc maintenance engineering in UCLan Preston, as my university provides me placement opportunity after study, I would like to do placement in your industry, also I have degree of mechanical engineering with 1.5 years of experience in maintenance field in GNFC ltd India.

I have worked in GNFC Bharuch (Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizer and Chemicals Company Ltd) as a Maintenance Supervisor in a Boiler Plant (Under Agency contract) from September 2019 till December 2020.

My role was for the achievement of various maintenance tasks in vertical coal mills, such as preventive maintenance, roller jam, fixing the failure of vertical and horizontal shaft, failure of scrappers, failure of RC feeder and also maintenance of other components like coal crushing rollers, gear hub section and pump section, in leadership of 25 foremen and technicians during breakdown period.

Other tasks include maintenance of burner block (steam generation section), vertical mill, rifle distributer (distributes coal in other section), exhauster section, clinker grinder which removes remaining ash and guides it towards waste, air preheater, economizer, and maintenance of induced draft (ID) fan and forced draft (FD) fan during shutdown period.

 Furthermore, I possess knowledge about other mechanical components such as coupling, bearings (for instance tapper roller bearing, simple roller bearing, ball bearing, fluid bearing and the process of their expansion like oil bath etc). I am also well-versed around the different type of welding, cutting and surface finishing processes and confident about various adjustment techniques like blue matching of gears, alignment of shaft, and static and dynamic balancing of fan blades.

I know the importance of teamwork for the achievement of such tasks and, combined with my knowledge and expertise in this field, can confidently lead a team in a well-organized manner.
