Clinical Experience: I have completed a rewarding 2-month placement as an Exercise Rehabilitation Advisor as part of the Cardiac Rehabilitation team at Glenfield Hospital. My primary responsibilities included assisting the nursing staff in performing clinical measures to assess patients' cardiovascular health status and delivering Phase III 8-week cardiac rehabilitation exercise regimens at the hospital and off-site locations. I also engaged in 1-to-1 conversations with patients to set achievable short and long-term goals, monitor progress, offer emotional well-being support and empower self-directed activity. 

Educational Background: I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science and Physiology from the University of Leeds, where I gained a solid foundation in human anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and exercise prescription. Additionally, I am 1 month from achieving a Master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Loughborough University. I have mastered the ability to explain, perform and evaluate the progression of health assessments and treatment programmes of patients with varying abilities and physical functions.
