• IT (M&A) for Schroders Investment (Budget £1.2 Mil , Global): Managed end to end IT Infrastructure integration Programme work-streams for Multiple Merger and Acquisition (M&A) including Algonquin, Chilcome Wealth, Adveq in coordination with Schroder’s investment business change team (Wifi, Data, Email migration, Cloud, EUC and Cloud Application Migrations)
• UK Pension Regulator (TPR – Budget 1.6 Mil): IT Accommodation Programme to move 1200 users to new office: Workstreams included, WAN / LAN network and Azure express routes, Server migration, PSN Cloud migration, Access Control Service, Cloud Printing Service, Access Control systems, AV and Model office deployment, EUC roll out, legacy services decommissioning. 
• Managed Aviva Cloud Capability Enhancement work stream by introducing Cloud SDN solution in Aviva’s AWS Cloud estate (Hosted Direct Connect Gateway, Transition Gateway, AWS network firewalls, migration of VPC management services
• Vodafone / Aviva Cloud Connect Service:   Managed Aviva Cloud Broker Service (SD-WAN)  work stream to deliver  regional network node (RNN) delivery at Equinix Data Centres  for Aviva’s Oracle, Azure,  AWS, Five9, 0365 (Prod – non Prod) cloud migration
• BP Global MPLS Network (Global): Managed the Delivery of ADT – TYCO WAN and LAN network for Data and IPT services which includes 120 sites using multiple circuit carrier and Virtual Service Integration points across UK (80 sites: £6 million budget, 9 Months contract) which includes assessing the business requirement, preparing project cost models and procurement negotiation with the suppliers 
• Shell REOCIT Office Moves: Managed the delivery of IT Office move (400 users) of Shell Great Yarmouth One Gas for Shell Real Estate with overall budget of £1.3 M (WAN, UCC, Skype, IAM, AV)
• Managed Aviva P18 Evergreen programme Wifi WAP / WLC (Aruba) upgrade, LAN Remediation , Cisco Prime streams across Vodafone DCs and Aviva UK / Europe sites
• BP Network Remediation: Successfully delivered Global EOSL 2012 / 2017 Cisco LAN, WAN and Juniper Firewall Remediation Project for Key BP sites (Refineries, Depots, Major Offices)
• SPECSAVERS Global MPLS Network: Managed the delivery of Specsavers Global WAN (MPLS) Network roll out (900s sites) in seven countries worth over £3.8 mil. which includes assessing the business requirement, preparing cost models and procurement negotiation with the supplier
• BP Cloud Migration: Delivered BP Core Exchange Network (CNX1 and CNX2) via Global Network Transformation Programme hosted in Equinix DC using dedicated multi gigabit links between BP and AWS / Azure Cloud services. 
• Whitbread Data Centre Migration: Managed the transition all Whitbread’s Oracle server workloads and Oracle applications from DXC DC into a managed Fujitsu service DC
• Shell REOCIT Office Moves: Managed the delivery of IT Office move (400 users) of Shell Great Yarmouth One Gas for Shell Real Estate with overall budget of £1.3 M (WAN, UCC, Skype, IAM, AV)
• Vodafone P18 Evergreen Network Programme:   Managed Aviva P18 Evergreen programme EoL LAN, WAN, Cisco Prime and Wi-Fi work streams across Vodafone DCs and Aviva UK / Europe sites
• Network Monitoring: Managed Network Tool Monitoring work streams BP GTS2 Transformation Programme which included deployment LiveAction, Cisco CSPC, Cisco PRIME LMS for BP Global Telecom Estate
• Global MPLS Network: Managing the Delivery of EDB Hydro Global WAN network using multiple carrier and Virtual Service Integration points across the globe (150 sites with a budget of £3 Million) 
• BP Telecom Networks Transformation Project: Responsible for Scoping and delivering complex networking (LAN, WAN, Wireless, BP1, iLink, VoIP) designs for BP GOI & IT&S using CVP (Appraise, Select, Define, Execute, Operate) project delivery methodology in line with Prince2 / CVP
• IPT Upgrade (voice): Managed BP BPRR IPT EoSL upgrade project
• Global Telecom Operational Function: Established T-system QoS Service Delivery function to maintain and manage the deployment of new global QoS policies with in BP WAN estate per GTS contract
• Security Projects: BP Palo Alto Firewall Remediation Project, BP Proxy Transition Programme
• EUC (Desktop / Office 365): Managed Windows 10 migration and desktop refresh for 1000 users. On Prem to Exchange on line migration, management of Windows 10 build / image development and Skype for business deployment
• Active Directory Migration (DevOp): As Business Analyst; managed a team of 5 desktop consultants to deliver Active Directory migration project for 2000 front office users at 5 UK sites including for QBE Insurance Group at Lloyds TSB building
