Molly Jones

I am a dedicated, enthusiastic and conscientious person with a positive attitude and warm demeanour. I work hard to develop my skill set and progress quickly. I am self-motivated and a trustworthy team player with a focus on professionalism. I am an excellent communicator with a good sense of humor and a very optimistic approach to life. I am also very patient, a good listener and always eager to learn.

I have extensive professional experience that will aid me in my job search. From October 2019 to February 2022 I was a carer for a little girl named Matilda, with severe learning disabilities and multiple life threatening and debilitating diseases. I found this job, although challenging, heart wrenching and stressful at times, very rewarding. I consider this a great responsibility to Matilda’s parents and to Matilda herself. I demonstrate that I have a lot of character and resilience to any task put in front of me. I am a passionate and conscientious worker and I wholeheartedly take pride in everything I do. 

Throughout my nursing degree I have been subject to many different wards and departments which have all individually sharpened my skills and broadened my knowledge in order for my preparation to become a registered nurse in September 2024.

In December 2022 I enrolled onto the NHSP bank as a healthcare assistant at Bolton Hospital. this has been very beneficial to my development as a student nurse as I have been able to independently thrive in my own care giving abilities. I have broadened my knowledge of personal care and how to deliver it successfully as per the NMC code, I implement patient centred care every day and wholeheartedly put my patients needs before anything. I have also found it beneficial to my learning to work alongside the nurse as a healthcare assistant, I have been apart of delegation and completed some myself, as well as seeing how all the MDT staff work alongside each other for the best interest of the patient.

My most relevant education is the degree I am studying for currently. I will have my degree as an adult nurse in September 2024.
