Throughout my career, I have accumulated significant experience in personal care settings, providing compassionate support to individuals with diverse needs. My journey in personal care began during my time at kando care Ltd and positive Steps specialist care , where I worked directly with clients to assist with activities of daily living, such as taking vitals,specimen,bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. This hands-on experience equipped me with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements associated with personal care roles.

During my tenure at kando care Ltd, I was assigned to provide care for an elderly client recovering from surgery. The client required assistance with mobility, hygiene, and medication management. With patience and empathy, I developed a strong rapport with the client, earning her trust and confidence. Through attentive care and effective communication, I supported the client through her recovery journey, ensuring her comfort and well-being every step of the way.

I'm an open-minded person who believes in diversity I treat every person I encounter with respect ,kindness and empathy regardless of their background.

I have an ability to be calm under pressure by taking slow deep breaths to calm the body stress and providing relaxation,and practicing mindfulness techniques such as focusing on the present situation to help keep my composure. I have the ability to follow instructions by actively listening to instructions,clarifying any doubts,asking for feedbacks,paying attention to details,being proactive in my communication,taking responsibility of outcomes and continuously learning. I can provide detailed and informative response to questions and prompts.
