Monique Beaumont

I am a very motivated and enthusiastic person that has found a real passion for working with young people and making a difference in there lives. I have found that there is nothing better in life then making a difference in other peoples, especially when you can make such a difference in which path they choose. I have tons of experience working within the SEN and non SEN young people and in all different environments and I believe this gives me an edge. I am truly confident in gaining young peoples trust which I believe gives massive benefits when working in these environments and helps to build a bond with them young people. I have done a few different roles but I am now looking for something secure and somewhere where I can progress.

I have experience in a few different areas, I believe this has aloud me to grow as a person and understand my strengths and weakness
