About Most. Dulaly Akter:
I am caring, organised, and adaptable care co-ordinator with over 2 years of hands-on experience as care worker supporting people in residential, dementia, nursing, and supported living with autism, challenging behaviour and physical disabilities includes diverse team environments across West of England and West Sussex. Over the years, I have taken responsibility for day-to-day operations, staff management, safeguarding, and compliance, ensuring services run smoothly and meet regulatory standards. I know how to connect quickly with individuals from all walks of life, making them feel safe, respected, and valued. My background combines person-centred care with strong coordination skills from managing schedules and keeping accurate records to working smoothly with colleagues, families, and health professionals. I take pride in handling both the compassionate side of care and the practical, behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running well. Whether I am helping someone live more independently, planning activities that lift their mood, or making sure services meet high standards, my goal is always the same: to make a real, positive difference every day. I have a strong foundation in non-clinical student engagement, recruitment coordination, visa compliance, and administrative management. I have proven ability to foster inclusive environments, manage sensitive documentation, and deliver high-quality service in fast-paced, multicultural settings which skilled me in communication, safeguarding, and workflow optimization, with a passion for supporting individuals through transitional life stages. I am highly committed to creating safe, welcoming spaces and contributing to team-driven success. I have profound skills in CRM platforms with transferable skills in scheduling software, ATS and HRIS , managing onboarding processes, and navigating compliance standards including safeguarding. I am passionate about people-focused work and currently seeking opportunities to grow within the supported living and learning disability manager role. I have done 38 individual courses from level 2, 3, 4, and 5 and I am eager to continuous learning with undertaking level 3 and further while remaining ready to take any trainings to smoothen the company operations.
