I hold a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Leadership and Management from Anglia Ruskin University, where I had the honor of being the Master's Valedictorian for achieving the best academic performance in my cohort. This program has provided me with vital skills in educational leadership, strategic planning, and organizational management.

Prior to this, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Basic Education with an Emphasis in Foreign Languages from Unidad Central del Valle (UCEVA) in Colombia. This educational foundation enabled me to develop a robust understanding of bilingual teaching methodologies and educational theory.

Additionally, I am certified as a Social, Emotional, and Ethical Learning (SEEL) Facilitator through Emory University. As part of the first cohort of trainers in Latin America, I conducted workshops for over 120 government schoolteachers, successfully integrating SEEL practices into their instructional methods. I also completed a Certificate in Early Childhood Pedagogy under the Inclusive Education Model, further solidifying my commitment to inclusive educational practices.
