This program has provided me with vital skills in educational leadership, strategic planning, and organizational management.
Prior to this, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Basic Education with an Emphasis in Foreign Languages from Unidad Central del Valle (UCEVA) in Colombia. This educational foundation enabled me to develop a robust understanding of bilingual teaching methodologies and educational theory.
Additionally, I am certified as a Social, Emotional, and Ethical Learning (SEEL) Facilitator through Emory University. As part of the first cohort of trainers in Latin America, I conducted workshops for over 120 government schoolteachers, successfully integrating SEEL practices into their instructional methods.
