Experience
I am extremely passionate about specifically working in the field of social and political research. Additionally, I am currently working with The Borgen Project, an NGO that aims to end world hunger and poverty. They achieve this objective with the help of the government, by advocating, mobilizing, and educating. I am focusing on a research study about global hunger and women's health, with the organization itself. This exhibits my capacity to learn new information quickly and do excellent work. I'm organizing my data in Microsoft Excel building presentations with the help of PowerPoint and using NVivo to analyze the same data. Being required to communicate verbally and in writing with City of London MPs, for the cause regularly throughout this job has allowed me to showcase my communication abilities. My excellent interpersonal abilities have helped me to establish trusting bonds with external stakeholders who can support us in achieving our objectives.
Moreover, my previous work experiences include, working with Happy Plus Consulting, a consultancy start-up based in India. I have conducted ethnographic research and in-depth interviews with 500+ employees, analysed data with SPSS, and drafted manuscripts, spearheaded national happiness research with the UN and Indian government while managing key client relationships worth $8.49B.
As a research administrator specializing in the Curricular Structures of Humanities and Social Sciences in India, I have had the privilege of working directly with the Chairman of All South Asian Universities, providing valuable insights and advising on marquee projects. Additionally, my expertise allowed me to play a key role in designing the psychology and liberal arts curriculum for a newly established university in Ahmedabad. Demonstrating my commitment to fostering excellence in academia, I conducted in-depth interviews for new hires in the research department, particularly for social sciences. Moreover, my excellent interpersonal skills enable me to adapt my communication style adeptly, effectively engaging and addressing a diverse range of audiences. Through my experiences and skills, I am dedicated to contributing meaningfully to the advancement of knowledge and education in the social sciences and humanities domains. My time here has helped me understand the education sector and the policy/political environment within which universities operate.
