Throughout my career, I have honed my technical skills and developed a comprehensive understanding of IT hardware and software systems including hybrid cloud and office 365 applications. My experience ranges from providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to users, configuring network infrastructure, Microsoft exchange server 2016, Active Directory, implementing security policies to evaluating emerging technologies for efficiency and productivity enhancements.

One of my key strengths lies in my ability to approach challenges logically and methodically, resulting in effective problem-solving and streamlined processes. Whether it's setting up user accounts, roles, and permissions, conducting IT audits and workshops to guide and enhance cyber security awareness among the staff and users, I am committed to delivering results with patience, perseverance, and attention to detail.

Moreover, my certifications in Microsoft Azure 900, Certified Ethical Hacker V11, CCNA R&S (Training), Microsoft Certified Educator and others attest to my continuous dedication to professional development and staying abreast of industry trends. My proficiency in cloud management, virtualization, and DevOps tools further underscores my adaptability to evolving technological landscapes.
