I have a keen interest in coaching and health and wellbeing, therefore have spent time independently studying NLP Practitioner and Masters and my Reps level 2 and 3 in health and fitness/Nutrition. Working as a part time personal trainer in my spare time I have gained a more in depth knowledge into people’s behaviours and their relationship with nutrition, fitness and how they manage stress and their sleep, as these are all vital factors in one’s mental and physical fitness. I have had the opportunity to coach individuals and create better eating and lifestyle habits for them to adopt. Just recently I have completed my Level 3 in Coaching and Mentoring.

I have excellent interpersonal skills and am confident in communicating with people at all levels, and negotiating for better solutions and ways of working to enhance people lives. 

Since May 22, I have had the opportunity to coach over 50's to support them in their health and wellbeing journey and gain digital skills, in order to enhance their employment opportunities.
