I am passionate about working with young children and recognise the importance of meeting children’s individual needs. I enjoy creating an enjoyable and safe environment for children in which they can flourish in all areas of their learning and development. I have previously worked as a early years practitioner and as an early years teaching assistant in which I worked as part of a team to identify each child’s individual needs and would carry out an activity with a group of children each morning. 

Education

I have a diploma level 3 childcare and education (early year qualification). I completed this at BMET Sutton Coldfield College. My start date was September 2021. My end date was June 2023.
