I am a caseworker with experience investigating complaints, analysing complex information and producing clear, fair written outcomes. I enjoy roles where I can work through problems carefully, communicate with a wide range of people and help bring matters to a clear and proportionate resolution.

My background includes casework, administrative and customer-focused roles, where I developed strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Alongside this, my degree in graphic design reflects a creative mindset, which I apply to wider problem-solving and communication challenges. This helps me approach issues from different angles and present information in a way that is clear, accessible and easy to understand.
