A quote to describe me: “A jack of all trades is a master to none, but oftentimes better than a master of one”. , I have had exposure to various expertise ranging from Software Engineering, Digital Marketing, Mobile app development in Blockchain application (DApp), to Auditing, Finance and Accounting Analysis. I am ready to start my career change strong and excited to showcase my skills and experience

Charismatic and anti-fragile leadership: At Razer Merchant Services, I lead my own project with my own crypto team consisting of senior developers and software engineers to 

• As the first and only Blockchain Software Engineer in the company
• Deploy the first crypto payment gateway for the company using Bitcoin and Lightning Network. 
• Generate an evaluating system to report the progress of our blockchain terminal. 

I was assigned to the Product Team of the company and had the opportunity to digitize my idea and:

• Ad-hoc and enhancement work for the company alongside my team which decreased the Operations team workload by 8%* 
• Hosting a forum called “Blockchain 101” which uncovers the hidden architect of the blockchain technology and how we can take advantage of it now, where this forum had the most employee participation.

• Project/Software Management: Agile Methodology, Data Structure and Algorithm, Scrum, Business Model Canvas, Value Added Proposition, Tech-Entrepreneur, Requirement Analysis and Data Modelling, Elicitation Technique.
• Soft Skills: Teamwork and communication via Student Council community work, debating and public presentation, prioritisation and empathetic listening. 

2. MSc student in Banking, Finance and Fintech: In this following Masters, I uncovered:

• Coprorate Governance, Auditing, Financial Statement (Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) Taxation (Municipil, Regional and Global), Blockchain and Fintech industry, ESG, Sooftool, Management.
• I own a trading book. Develop and execute data-driven strategies in complex situations whether in financial markets or software development. Through e-Toro, I have traded CDS but also manage the risks of a complex virtual portfolio of financial instruments that I tailored carefully on my own
