 I am a customer-focused and results-oriented professional with a diverse background. Currently, I work as a Warehouse Operative at Indeed Flex in Leeds, where I efficiently handle warehouse operations like order picking, packing, and shipping. I also work as a Crew Member at McDonald's in York, where I help ensure smooth restaurant operations by preparing and serving food, processing customer orders, and maintaining a clean atmosphere. Additionally, I serve as a Student Ambassador at Leeds Beckett University, where I assist international students in transitioning smoothly into university life by organizing social events and offering cultural insights. I also work as a Steward at Gough & Kelly, providing excellent customer support and ensuring a safe environment for attendees. Previously, I was an Importation Manager at ELVA CERAM in Batna, Algeria, where I coordinated with suppliers, handled customs clearance, ensured regulatory compliance, and managed logistics.
