I am Namira Azzahra, a recent graduate with a Master of Laws (LLM) from University College London (UCL), specializing in International Commercial Law. With a diverse background in legal research, corporate law, intellectual property, and human resources, I have gained experience through internships at esteemed institutions such as the Central Bank of Indonesia, Baker McKenzie, and the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. Fluent in Indonesian and English, I am passionate about legal matters, cross-border regulations, and contributing to international business development. My strong work ethic, adaptability, and global perspective drive my commitment to excellence in all professional pursuits.

I have a solid foundation in law, with experience across various sectors including central banking, corporate law, intellectual property, and human resources. I interned at the Central Bank of Indonesia’s London Representative Office, handling legal advice, administration, and coordination for high-profile visits. At Baker McKenzie, I contributed to financial and corporate legal work, including due diligence and transaction advisory. My experience also includes legal research and contract drafting at PT Inkabiz Indonesia and PT Bank Negara Indonesia. Additionally, I gained expertise in intellectual property law through my internship with Indonesia’s Directorate General of Intellectual Property.

I hold a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Commercial Law from University College London (UCL), where I focused on public takeover regulations in the UK and Indonesia for my graduate thesis. Prior to that, I earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Universitas Indonesia, specializing in Business Law. My undergraduate thesis analyzed digital banking security systems to prevent the misuse of one-time passwords. This strong academic foundation in commercial and business law, coupled with my focus on comparative legal frameworks, underpins my professional expertise.
