  • Led client strategy on a range of experienced hire and early careers clients including Marks & Spencer, Siemens, Deutsche Bank, British Airways, Sky – with annual revenues ranging between £500k and >1m. Worked with each to establish hiring objectives and employment communication needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Led careers’ website builds for Marks & Spencer, Unilever and British Airways. Managed careers website retainers for each client that has resulted in subsequent renewals.
  • Project managed a multitude of flagship campaigns including a global early careers’ strategy for Deutsche Bank, Tech, Food and early careers’ campaigns for M&S. Engineering and early careers’ campaigns for Siemens. Consulted on diversity and inclusion across the client mix.
  • Put structured and comprehensive attraction strategies in place encompassing website builds, media attraction, social strategies, internal comms’ drives and creative delivery across a range of digital and print initiatives. Led and delivered high-profile briefs and successful creative advertisement campaigns from conception through to delivery.
  • Conceived employer brands and targeted value propositions for a multitude of high-profile clients and initiatives. Provided toolkits and internal resources for client stakeholders. 
  • From nothing, built the careers’ social media offering of Marks & Spencer, submitting business cases for the use of Facebook and Twitter and worked on multi-channel social strategies for Kraft Heinz, British Airways and Siemens.
  • Led a multitude of client presentations and strategic meetings including business reviews. 
  • Negotiated extensive ad-hoc and contracted discounts for clients.
  • Maintained excellent long-standing, relationships with aforementioned clients. 
  • Managed budgets, revenue and billing for a multitude of clients.
  • Managed several account executives and account managers.   

 

Highlights:


 

  • Worked with the highest profile accounts in the agency and have worked with two of the longest-standing retained accounts, Thales and M&S respectively.
  • Won several awards for client work, including (but not limited to) RAD awards for Best Website (M&S), Best Early Careers Campaign (M&S), Best Creative (Siemens), NUE for Best Recruitment Marketing Campaign (Siemens).
  • Have successfully led the upsell and delivery of three careers websites, two preboarding sites and a multitude of employer brand projects and campaigns.
  • Have built the social media offering (from nothing) to retained content offerings for M&S and British Airways.
  • Wrote and delivered successful early careers strategies for M&S, Deutsche Bank and Siemens. Two of which, award-winning.
  • Won significant new business pitches for M&S and British Airways.
