As a self-motivated individual, I am keen to commit my career to an industry I see a future progression, Knowledge gain and longevity. With my proactive and enthusiastic approach to work, I have achieved a large number of accomplishments and awards within my current organisation. I'd now like to put this energy into a new career path as I believe I'm capable of achieving a lot more.  I am an excellent team player but also have the ability to work under my own initiative to complete tasks and projects. I have vast experience in people management, from managing small teams to teams of 120 staff. Working in high volume and fast-paced environment. I have extensive knowledge of health and safety and food safety management as well as management of various 24-hour premises licences. Being a store manager I often analyse business reports to gain an overview of the business and construct plans to improve performance and customer satisfaction. I believe all I have learnt in my years of management are transferable skills into other industries in effective decision making, planning and execution, Communication, Teamwork, self-assessment and improvement.

Away from work I'm involved and have a huge passion for the Army Cadet Force which I am an adult instructor volunteer for. I have been doing this now as an adult for almost four years moving on from my cadet career. I decided to do this as I believe that I needed to give back to cause that helped me progress into a young adult and gave me so many qualifications and experiences. I am involved in the Duke of Edinburgh program and its planning and execution of events. I am first aid training qualified and a first aid trainer with the ACF. being an adult instructor in the Army Cadet Force involved a lot of commitment from your own time but in the long term, I enjoy seeing the progression of teenagers into young professional adults.

Overall I have always grown up in an environment where I have constantly been faced with new challenges to overcome whether that be inside or outside of work which I have always felt keeps be focused and driven as achieving goals gives me great satisfaction to continue to strive for success. I would love the opportunity to enter a new industry to achieve so much more.
