In my role, I have consistently demonstrated proficiency in maintaining a caseload of children with existing Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and on the SEN register, ensuring their unique needs are met. Through effective liaison with internal and external partners, I have contributed to a collaborative approach that enhances the support provided.

In my current role I work with teachers to  identify and address special educational

needs surrounding individual child as well as as attendance, safeguarding, and lack of progress, I support teachers

and families at the school by providing recommendations and seeking advice on appropriate next steps to ensure the well-being and development of each student.

Additionally, I excel in preparing and presenting comprehensive information related to EHCPs, fostering effective communication and collaboration with other local authorities if needed. My commitment extends to maintaining meticulous tracking systems for all students, demonstrating a thorough working knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice 2015.

Furthermore, my experience in working successfully within a busy team in an administrative environment in the SEN department showcases my effective time management and prioritisation skills. I am adept at managing my workload under pressure, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
