With over 8 years of experience in Human Resources and Business HR partnering and mostly in the IT industry which is at a constant change, I have worked with many global organizations and have had the opportunity to learn and implement global process flows and procedures and work with global teams. Having to work with a lot of people data has given me experience in analysing trends and patterns and be aware of the local and international economic situation.
