Campaign Management: Spearheaded the creation and execution of numerous robust strategic commercial D2C and B2C marketing campaigns, leveraging channels including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Affiliates, OOH, Print and CRM, which drove brand recognition and revenue growth by 32% YoY.

Market Expansion: Deployed a new global GTM strategy to boost the brand's online reputation by 40%. This strategy was instrumental in helping the brand be sold for $215M to eOne Music in the first round and $420 Billion to Hasbro in the second. 

Optimisation and Customer Retention: Enhanced overall conversion rates by 42% by optimising cross-channel efforts and using innovative content marketing strategies. This included elevating customer retention rates by 17% by implementing a personalised content journey.

Digital Strategy: Redesigned the digital strategy so that it factored in the use of relevant tools to audit and optimise onsite UX and CX, as well as creating engaging web services to verified inbound leads, resulting in an average of 38% increase in qualified leads and 47% uplift in site visits.

Team Building: Built and inspired a strong, cohesive cross-functional team of 30 specialists working across 11 international markets, including China; this included setting human-centric team and individual SMART objectives that enabled a 42% increase in productivity.
