HEAD OF DESIGN - Current

Oversee entire design process from concept inception to finalisation. Assist and collaborate closely with Creative Director and Head of Buying to develop in house brand portfolio. Lead a team of creative and talented designers and product developers and support external suppliers/partners. Identify gaps in the market and develop new product ranges that align with brand identity and market trends. Create sustainable strategies along side cross functional departments and suppliers to ensure sustainability and quality goals are achieved. Deliver transparent constructive creative feedback to ensure team remains aligned and on task, fostering an efficient, creative and positive work environment. Strong working knowledge on relevant adobe software such as Ai and PS. 

SENIOR DESIGNER 

Designing licensed apparel for sport speciality and sports events on global scale. Conceptualise, research and apply new technologies to assigned apparel category. Collaborate closely with key account managers, brand partners and business directors to ensure the creative direction of the seasonal/event ranges are aligned with brand guidelines in innovative and exciting ways. Present directional concept boards and presentations to partners, engage in comment feedback sessions and redesigns. Work closely with key suppliers - sourcing and researching innovative new industry technologies, fabrics, trims and technical garment construction. Translating designs into professional high spec tech packs. Hold fit sessions with developers, manage internal strike offs and sample approvals. Partners : Aston Martin, Solheim Cup, World Athletics, Isle of Man TT, UCI World Cycling Championships, Corona, Williams Racing, Ospreys Rugby.
