- Supported the VM team change the window displays and bring out new collections on to the floor.
- Dressed mannequins for new displays.
- Assisted the VM team in the opening of the Kate Spade outlet store at the O2.
- Shadowed the production team, including store visits to update campaign imagery and create photo decks.
- Shadowed the FVM while we visited multiple stores around London.
- Supported store VM with daily stock checks.

- Created and served over 125 high end cocktails off memory at a fast pace.
- Hosting and greeting customers working on a scheduled booking sheet.
- Held cocktail master classes for up to 25 people.

- Managed the interior decoration of themed events, agreeing the budget, the design, purchase of materials and installation each year.
