In my most recent role as a Deployment Executive at Indus Towers Ltd—a leading telecom infrastructure company in India—I was responsible for overseeing the installation of network towers across multiple sites. This role demanded a high level of technical proficiency, coordination, and stakeholder communication. I successfully managed day-to-day operations, supervised workforce activities, and ensured timely project completion while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Prior to this, I worked as a Civil Engineer in Saudi Arabia and India, focusing on structural building construction.
I started my career at Binarch Design Consulants as a Site Engineer. Here, my roles and responsibilities encompassed a wide range of tasks. I was entrusted with managing and supervising the site operations, ensuring that construction activities were carried out in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. I collaborated closely with the project team, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to coordinate the timely execution of construction tasks and address any issues or challenges that arose during the process by. I played a crucial role in overseeing materials and workmanship quality control, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, I was responsible for monitoring and maintaining site safety protocols, ensuring the well-being of workers and adherence to health and safety guidelines. These experiences allowed me to apply my academic knowledge in real-world scenarios, refine my technical skills, and develop a strong understanding of construction practices and project execution.
