·        Bid Manager for a number of exceptionally successful bids from both the MoD and defence contractor perspective.

 

·        Combines a dynamic and motivational leadership style with sound technical expertise and a proven ability to lead complex bids &  projects through their full lifecycle within project governance. 

 

·        An ex-Royal Air Force Commissioned Engineer Officer with the ability to steer programmes and projects involving collaboration with external agencies.

 

·        Experienced in managing both Ministry of Defence and defence ccontractor bids & projects with due diligence, controlling multi-million-pound budgets to achieve hand-over within strict budgets and deadlines.

 

·        Confident managing bids, developing sound business cases and analysing processes to identify business change/transformation improvements whilst mitigating risk. 

 

·        Communicates effectively at all levels, with proven skill in writing documentation and public speaking.  Recognised for sound decision-making and initiative.

 

·        Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and the Association of Project Management.
