I am an Audio Visual (AV) technician with experience in both learning and corporate environments. I have a strong understanding in audio networking, alongside with DSP applications. My studies have further fuelled my passion for AV commissioning and system design. Constantly striving to further develop my skills through collaborative work and self-progression. I have a good problem solving approach and can delegate effectively within time - sensitive situations. As a client-oriented professional with great communicational and collaborative skills, I am not hesitant to take initiatives or reach out to achieve new goals. I have been providing technical support at the QUEH and Gilmorehill campuses, ensuring uninterrupted and uncompromised operation of all learning spaces. Experienced AV technician with demonstrated history working in one of London’’s most iconic venues - the Dorchester hotel, as well as in other key venues, stadiums, exhibitions and international convention centres. My role entailed: P.A., Signal Routing & Patching, System Design & Tuning, RF Management, Audio Networking, Backline Support, Video Conferencing, Lighting Design & Operation, LED Walls, Rigging & Stage Building, Event Planning & Logistics, Gear Maintenance & Stock Assessment.

Education
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Audio Systems Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University and I have graduated with a MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from Glasgow University. My thesis during my MSc research project was on Acoustic Vehicle Alerting Systems (AVAS) and their impact on Vulnerable Road Users (VRUs). This project sparked my interest for NPD and upcoming audio technologies that will flood the market over the next few years. The past 5 years, I have been working in the AV sector in both live events and education. My experience ranges from installation to operation and maintenance to troubleshooting of professional AV equipment.
