I am an experienced HR Administrator with over 10 years’ experience delivering complex administrative and operational support within regulated environments. IOSH Managing Safely qualified, with training in Facilities Management and Building & Property Management, I bring a strong understanding of compliance, governance and health & safety within the workplace. I manage end-to-end HR administration including recruitment coordination, onboarding, contract preparation, employee records, payroll liaison and policy documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance throughout the employee lifecycle. Alongside HR responsibilities, I support wider office coordination and operational functions, bringing structure, organisation and a proactive approach to busy environments.

Experience

Coordinate end-to-end HR administration including recruitment support,
drafting contracts and offer letters, onboarding and offboarding processes,
maintaining accurate employee records, right to work checks, payroll liaison
and policy documentation.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior managers and
wider teams, ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.
• Lead planning and delivery of large-scale organisational engagement
events and conferences, coordinating venues, logistics, suppliers, and
governance documentation.
• Coordinate diaries and schedule meetings for senior managers.
• Manage high call volumes and pass on details as appropriate.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external queries, delivering a
professional and welcoming environment.
• Established and embedded organisational health and safety processes,
developing risk assessments, drafting policies, compliance trackers,
statutory check schedules, and documentation frameworks to ensure
regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate hard and soft FM services and liaise with contractors and
suppliers.
• Assist with facilities budgeting, purchase orders, invoice processing and
cost tracking.
