Internal production consists of Nail varnish, Lip products, Glitter & Powder products, Face products & many more. During my time, I was able to master every stage of all production departments, including troubleshooting machines. However my main focus was always on the Quality of products from beginning to labelling & packaging.

Achievements 

• My role started at Production, but was promoted to Quality role after showing my serious mindset of high quality no matter where I was placed on duty.  
• Mastered all department functions in the shortest time, providing the company with a high KPI, reducing production time & increase of products.

Quality Control

An international company specializing in maintenance, repair & refurbish of electronic items. I was part of the Branch in Budapest which specialized in Mobile technology. The company consists of different departments from admin jobs to repair & various Quality checks. My role was to check each repaired Mobiles, do a visual & functional test, including a problem specific extra test. Handling personal phones requires 100% confidentiality.

Achievements 

• After repair, it is expected to have 0 issues, however I was able to even spot 1 pixel issues on display.
• I was able to reduce customer complaints by spotting functional issues even after a repair. 
• We were in a 15-20 team of Inspectors which meant to share the workload, due to my quick response rate, I was able to reduce the burden of the team. 
• We worked in an internal Computer based QMF system with all information provided of problems, all procedures being done, item Warranty or payment for the specific repair.
